Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out rules for using the Garden Glow Service. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Purpose of this policy
We want the Service to be safe, lawful, and fair for everyone. This policy explains what you must not do.
2. Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to all users of the Service, including free and paid users, trial users, and anyone accessing features such as PDF exports or StreetGlow Campaigns.
3. Prohibited content
You must not upload, submit, generate, or share content that:
- 3.1 is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or threatening;
- 3.2 is obscene, sexually explicit, or exploitative;
- 3.3 promotes violence or criminal activity;
- 3.4 infringes intellectual property rights or privacy rights;
- 3.5 contains personal data you do not have the right to use (e.g., identifiable individuals without permission).
4. Prohibited uses (misuse of the Service)
You must not use the Service to:
- 4.1 generate misleading property imagery for fraudulent purposes (e.g., misrepresenting a property's actual condition in a real estate listing);
- 4.2 circumvent usage limits, plan restrictions, trial limits, or IP-based fraud prevention;
- 4.3 create multiple accounts to abuse the free tier or free trial;
- 4.4 use bots, scrapers, automated tools, or scripts to access or interact with the Service (unless we have given written permission);
- 4.5 reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code, models, prompts, workflows, or underlying generation pipeline (except where permitted by law);
- 4.6 resell, rent, or provide access to the Service to third parties without authorisation;
- 4.7 upload images you do not have rights to use, or use outputs in a way that infringes third-party rights.
5. Security and platform integrity
You must not:
- 5.1 attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or related systems;
- 5.2 interfere with or disrupt the Service (including by introducing malware or excessive load);
- 5.3 probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without permission.
6. Your responsibility for client work (Business Users)
If you use the Service for client proposals or commercial marketing:
- 6.1 you are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful and not misleading;
- 6.2 you must ensure you have appropriate rights/permissions and a lawful basis to process any client data and addresses.
7. Enforcement
7.1 We may investigate suspected breaches and take action including: warnings; feature restrictions; suspension; termination of accounts; reporting to law enforcement where required.
7.2 Where feasible, we will act proportionately, but serious breaches may result in immediate suspension/termination.
